Skin+Hair Care Haul: The Body Shop, Bath & Body Works, Aussie & Macadamia!

I recently ran out of my body scrub and face wash, so I had to stop by Bath & Body Works for what I planned to be one shower gel and most likely a drugstore face wash, which gradually turned into a walk inside The Body Shop as well as a few other shops bringing you a collective haul.

Since I have purchased these at different times, you can see I've used up a few of the products, but I wanted to put them in the haul anyway since I have a proper opinion to share with you guys, in case you're willing to purchase any of the products I mention!

Starting with The Body Shop, I was in need of a new face wash and the Tea Tree facial scrub happened to catch my eye. I've heard quite good things about the Tea Tree range and since The Body Shop is based on natural organic products, I thought I'd give this a try. I've been using this about 2-3 times a week now and I've been loving it! It basically unclogs your pores and gets rid of any dead skin you might have on your face, leaving your skin really smooth and soft, it also does a great job toning down any blemishes or acne scars you might have which I have definitely noticed.

Obviously you don't need a scrub everyday, no matter how good it is, because it can be over powering on your skin and dry it out. So just be sure to reach out for this a couple of times a week and moisturise your face right after!

Next up, I found this amazing strawberry scented body scrub with natural strawberry seeds inside, how can I say no? This was in the 'mini sizes basket' so I believe there's a full size which I will be heading to purchase when I can since I happened to run out of this already! It smells amazing and gets rid of all the dirt, dead skin, unneeded oils and leaves your body smelling like a strawberry. Love it!

As you can see, I fell in love with the scent so I couldn't help but purchase the shower gel as well. This was also in the 'mini sizes basket' and it happened to be quite cheap so I just went for it!

And then I found the body butter in the same scent and picked two of their mini ones. These really do keep your body so smooth, moisturised and soft all day long. They don't leave any sort of greasy/sticky residue whatsoever and a little bit goes a long way. I'm addicted!

For days where I don't want to use my scrub but still exfoliate my face, I went for the body shop facial buffer which I normally use with my Clinique face wash or on its own. It does a great job getting rid of any access oils and really cleans your face. Sometimes, I'll just feel like my skin is really damaged and basically feeling horrible, but this changes it completely.

Next up I bought a hair mask from Aussie and a facial mask from The Body Shop. I have already used both of these and all I can say is they were great purchases and I need to get my hands on more!

The next shop I headed to is Bath & Body Works, searching for a good body wash. And after smelling and debating over so many, I went with Beautiful Day. It has this really fresh scent to it and basically smells like apples. Yum!

I also went with a mini size shower gel in Cashmere glow because I just couldn't resist the scent. I can't really describe it, but it's amazing and you can still smell it hours after using it!

My hair has been feeling quite damaged lately and I have been trying out different products, but none of them really gave me the satisfaction I'm looking for. So, with many reviews on the Deep Repair Masque from Macadamia everywhere, I decided to give it a try. I have been using this twice a week, applying it on the bottom half of my hair and letting set for 7 minutes as it says in the instructions, and I can honestly say I have been loving it. It definitely repairs your hair to a great extent. It feels healthier, a lot more glowy and it doesn't weigh down your hair. I actually purchased the Deep Repair Mask in a set of three, and this is one of the products I got. I have been using this everyday now and I love the way my hair feels after applying it. I'll basically put a tiny bit on the palm of my hands and brush it through my hair and it instantly feels so much better. I'm addicted! Also, it lasts for ages since a little bit goes a long way.

Last but not least, the third product I got in the set is the Flawless Cleansing Conditioner. This does do an amazing job conditioning your hair, bringing back some moisture and leaving your hair feeling soft and silky. I have been using it on days where I'm not using the Deep Repair Masque but still need a little boost!
