Haul: Bath and Body Works, Front Row Shop, MAC & more!

Hello gorgeous!

I hope you had a great holiday and a well spent new year, as for me, I have been a little miss busy bee the past few weeks but I missed blogging! I have loads of exciting posts coming up, but since I had a few shopping trips the past week, I thought what better than a little haul to start it off?

There have been crazy sales going on everywhere and I'm still planning to go on one more shopping trip before the sales are officially over, but until then, here's what I got!

If you know me, you know I love anything and everything that smells good. So, there was no surprise when I picked a few things from Bath&Body works!

The first candle I picked up is Espresso Bar (here) which smells like an actual Starbucks just popped up in my room. I love the smell of fresh coffee beans and this is just perfect. I happened to go back for another one because why miss the chance when it's half off!

The second candle is Pineapple Mango (here) and it's the smaller candle which I prefer just because I like mixing it up. I'm usually not a fruity scent person but this smells amazing. It has that sweet, sour scent and it smells like fresh cut passion fruit. Yum!

Lilac Blossom (here) was my next pick and this one smells like I just walked into a field of flowers. It has the actual fresh flower scent and I'm in love with it to the point that I don't even know if I want to burn it until I get my hands on more!

Summer Boardwalk (here).. Let me just say, I was drawn into this because of its' name. But when I took a sniff, it smelt like caramelized popcorn which I absolutely loved. I think this is the type of candle I'd like to burn, watching a romantic movie after a day at the amusement park, it just smells like something that would bring memories and I love it.

The last candle I purchased was Frosted Cupcake (here), this smells like I've been baking all day long and the smell of sugar and vanilla icing won't leave the room. Love it!

Next up I went to the body lotions and shower gels section and I picked up two body lotions, Country Chic (here) and Cashmere Glow (here), they both have this girly settle amazing scent that I love and I just couldn't resist!

I received a pair of high socks from FrontRowShop.com (here) and I'm in love with them! I don't own any high socks so this is a super cute addition to my wardrobe. They look adorable popping out of boots too!

Another thing I got from FrontRowShop.com is this cozy tartan scarf (here) but it's big enough for you to snuggle up to on the couch or even pull off as a shawl which is just a bonus! I love the bright blue, it adds a pop of colour to any basic or plain outfit keeping you warm and stylish!

I then had a little look at Boots and picked up this amazing shade of pink called Intense Pink by Maybelline and I have been using it everyday now. It's just perfect! I couldn't find it online but it's from their Colour Sensational collection.

I needed a concealer since my MAC Pro Longwear cocealer finished and has been out of stock for a few months now. The lady in MAC suggested the Mineralise Concealer in NC30 and I've been using it since then, so if you want a review or a little comparison, let me know!

I then stopped at Sephora to get the Feelin' Dandy lip and cheek kit from Benefit because I have the TropiCORAL kit and I love it, and I purchased this for my giveaway winner and I've just wanted it since then!

I purchased this Heat Protector at a local Hair Dresser because I noticed the lady doing my hair using it on me and if they use it, it must be good? It's by Berina and I haven't heard of that brand before but my friend told me they sell it at the pharmacy too so I'm giving it a try!

And that's all I got! Did you manage to find any good bargains during the sales? Do you recommend any products or shops for my next shopping trip?

Until next time,
xoxo,

    1. Aw, thank you dear! Not all candles are great there, some tend to smell like soap and washing products that just aren't appealing, you've gotta dig in and find your scent! x
