OOTD: One of my favourite AW outfits!

Hello gorgeous!

Autumn has finally arrived which means, more tea, hot chocolate and delicious food! But to fashion lovers, it also means cosy scarves, stylish boots and a reason to spend on cute clothes!

To start off my Autumn/Winter posts, I have one of my favourite go-to outfits during the cold weather! It basically includes everything I'm obsessed with for the season, a scarf, a leather jacket, a pair of boots and beautiful Autumnal colours!

The outfit I have on today is a head-to-toe Forever21 purchase. The leather jacket, the scarf, the white top, my jeans and the boots! I promise I'm not sponsored, Forever21 just seems to win in most of my AW outfits!

And that is all! I have a lot of cute outfit ideas for the two seasons, so if you'd like to see more as well as how I style a specific piece (boots, scarves, jackets, etc) do let me know down below!

I'll probably go have some chocolate coated strawberries now, so I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you next time!

Lots of love,

Easy Snacking: Yummy Chocolate Covered Cornflakes!

Hello gorgeous!

I recently remembered a childhood treat that I used to love and have whenever I had the chance, I also happen to be craving it pretty often lately, so I decided to show you how to make it!

This is quite different from what I normally do, but I thought it would fun and I just might be making a few recipes in the future! As for today, I'll be making some chocolate covered cornflakes which you can easily make in less than 5 minutes and munch on while you're working, doing homework or watching your favourite YouTubers. It is delicious!

You will need 1/2 a cup of milk, 3 small cups of cornflakes, 4 spoons of chocolate, cupcake cups, a spoon and a pan!

That is all! I hope you enjoyed, if you decide to try it out or already have, do let me know in the comments down below! Also, what videos do you want to see next?

Skin+Hair Care Haul: The Body Shop, Bath & Body Works, Aussie & Macadamia!

Hello everyone!

I recently ran out of my body scrub and face wash, so I had to stop by Bath & Body Works for what I planned to be one shower gel and most likely a drugstore face wash, which gradually turned into a walk inside The Body Shop as well as a few other shops bringing you a collective haul.

Since I have purchased these at different times, you can see I've used up a few of the products, but I wanted to put them in the haul anyway since I have a proper opinion to share with you guys, in case you're willing to purchase any of the products I mention!

Starting with The Body Shop, I was in need of a new face wash and the Tea Tree facial scrub happened to catch my eye. I've heard quite good things about the Tea Tree range and since The Body Shop is based on natural organic products, I thought I'd give this a try. I've been using this about 2-3 times a week now and I've been loving it! It basically unclogs your pores and gets rid of any dead skin you might have on your face, leaving your skin really smooth and soft, it also does a great job toning down any blemishes or acne scars you might have which I have definitely noticed.

Obviously you don't need a scrub everyday, no matter how good it is, because it can be over powering on your skin and dry it out. So just be sure to reach out for this a couple of times a week and moisturise your face right after!

Next up, I found this amazing strawberry scented body scrub with natural strawberry seeds inside, how can I say no? This was in the 'mini sizes basket' so I believe there's a full size which I will be heading to purchase when I can since I happened to run out of this already! It smells amazing and gets rid of all the dirt, dead skin, unneeded oils and leaves your body smelling like a strawberry. Love it!

As you can see, I fell in love with the scent so I couldn't help but purchase the shower gel as well. This was also in the 'mini sizes basket' and it happened to be quite cheap so I just went for it!

And then I found the body butter in the same scent and picked two of their mini ones. These really do keep your body so smooth, moisturised and soft all day long. They don't leave any sort of greasy/sticky residue whatsoever and a little bit goes a long way. I'm addicted!

For days where I don't want to use my scrub but still exfoliate my face, I went for the body shop facial buffer which I normally use with my Clinique face wash or on its own. It does a great job getting rid of any access oils and really cleans your face. Sometimes, I'll just feel like my skin is really damaged and basically feeling horrible, but this changes it completely.

Next up I bought a hair mask from Aussie and a facial mask from The Body Shop. I have already used both of these and all I can say is they were great purchases and I need to get my hands on more!

The next shop I headed to is Bath & Body Works, searching for a good body wash. And after smelling and debating over so many, I went with Beautiful Day. It has this really fresh scent to it and basically smells like apples. Yum!

I also went with a mini size shower gel in Cashmere glow because I just couldn't resist the scent. I can't really describe it, but it's amazing and you can still smell it hours after using it!

My hair has been feeling quite damaged lately and I have been trying out different products, but none of them really gave me the satisfaction I'm looking for. So, with many reviews on the Deep Repair Masque from Macadamia everywhere, I decided to give it a try. I have been using this twice a week, applying it on the bottom half of my hair and letting set for 7 minutes as it says in the instructions, and I can honestly say I have been loving it. It definitely repairs your hair to a great extent. It feels healthier, a lot more glowy and it doesn't weigh down your hair. If you'd like me to do a hair care routine where I tell you more about this and show you how it works, let me know in the comments!

I actually purchased the Deep Repair Mask in a set of three, and this is one of the products I got. I have been using this everyday now and I love the way my hair feels after applying it. I'll basically put a tiny bit on the palm of my hands and brush it through my hair and it instantly feels so much better. I'm addicted! Also, it lasts for ages since a little bit goes a long way.

Last but not least, the third product I got in the set is the Flawless Cleansing Conditioner. This does do an amazing job conditioning your hair, bringing back some moisture and leaving your hair feeling soft and silky. I have been using it on days where I'm not using the Deep Repair Masque but still need a little boost!

And that is all for my collective haul, if you'd like me to do a hair or skincare routine, let me know in the comments below! Also, what are your favourite hair/skincare products?

I hope you enjoyed,

What's In My Makeup Bag 2014!

Hello everyone!

I was enjoying some mini pancakes last night and watching back to back videos of different beauty gurus on YouTube and it just really made me want to post something for you guys to read. But, I didn't have my laptop on me so it wasn't really an option.

Nonetheless, I'm here now, and I have decided to show you all what I have in my makeup bag, which I thought would be convenient after showing you all what's in my bag!

Let's get into it, shall we?

Clutch from Clutch Line

First things first, I store my makeup in this cute little clutch that I got from Clutch Line which is an Etsy shop as mentioned in my last post. The quality of it is actually amazing and I just find the little hearts so cute. Also, I love almost anything with a beige and navy blue combination. I do use this as a clutch as well, and it fits all my makeup essentials, my iPhone, keys and some money when I need it, but for now it's working well as my makeup bag!

Dandelion lip gloss from Benefit

I have the mini Dandelion Ultra Plush lip gloss which I got from the Feelin' Dandy lip and cheek kit by Benefit. I love this lip gloss! It gives absolutely perfect sheer pink glossy lips that aren't sticky or annoying on the lips. They feel amazing and they just last for a good amount of time. So, I just love keeping this in my makeup bag just in case I need a glossy touch. It literally changes your whole look!

Intense Pink 140Pink Pop 900 lipsticks by Maybelline

I am basically turning into a lipstick addict lately which isn't really great but I have been loving the Maybelline lipsticks! They have such great colours and give you an amazing finish. So, I just have two of those on me. Intense Pink is a light pink that looks amazing with pretty much every makeup look, and then Pink Pop is a bright pink that is completely out of my comfort zone but a teacher of mine has a similar colour and I literally want it every time I see it on her, so I thought I'd step away of my strict nude, light pink tones and give this a try!

Lip Junkie lip gloss by Urban Decay

Next up is an Urban Decay lip gloss in the shade Naked which I got with my Naked palette. I love the minty scent to this, it gives amazing glossy lips and it also plumps your lips which is never a bad thing. I really need to get a full size of this!

A random favourite lip gloss

Last but not least for my lippies, which for some reason, I feel the need to have a lot in my makeup bag, I have this random lip gloss my aunt gave me which I believe she got from a beauty shop nearby. It's a really pretty light pink shade with a gold shimmer to it. I just love it. Definitely one of my favourites!

Stay Don't Stray primer by Benefit

I got the sample version of this with a purchase last year and I have loved it ever since! It slightly covers up and at the same time primes your eyes for concealer and eye shadow. It really works so well and I love using it. My face makeup could slide off my face after a whole day of having it on, but my eyes will literally stay put with this!

Pro Longwear concealer by MAC
This is appearing darker due to lighting and editing!

If you've been on my blog for a while, you'd know I am basically addicted to this concealer. I go on and on about it all the time because I just love it. It gives great coverage, it lasts a long time and it is just perfect for day to day use or even a once in a week fancy night out. One down side is that I can hardly ever find my shade because it runs out of stock pretty quick. I'm currently using NW20 and I'd much prefer a lighter shade. Nonetheless, I love having it in my makeup bag. So handy!

Studio Fix Fluid foundation by MAC
Also appearing darker due to the same reasons!

Another favourite piece in my makeup bag has to be the MAC Studio Fix Fluid foundation which I absolutely love. It gives the best coverage, it lasts long and you get a great finish. I try not to use this too often because it is costly, but sometimes I just can't help it. I am yet to find a better foundation!

Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Conealer by Maybelline

This little one I thought I'd give a try a couple of months ago, highly doubting it would work well, but to my surprise, it is amazing. It gives such good coverage for a drugstore concealer, it lasts a while and it is perfect if you don't want to spend too much on an everyday product. The only thing I wish it had is more product. I still love it though!

Superpowder Double Face foundation by Clinique

Next up I have my Clinique powder foundation. I love using this with a little bit of concealer on my 'good skin' days, it's a lovely foundation, and to prove that, I hit pan and I'm still making use out of every tiny bit before I throw it away.

Blush in Orgasm by NARS

This pretty blush, I don't normally have in my makeup bag because it is a high end blush that I don't want to use up too quickly, but I have been needing a luxurious blush for times where I want to look pretty and this just gives me a great finish. I love the coral with gold shimmer. Definitely perfect for summer!

Blush from a random shop

You probably have seen this in quite a few posts. I purchased this a while back from a random makeup shop and it has been my everyday blush ever since. It's such a pretty pink that I find very flattering on my skin, and it has basically lasted for ages. It's also drugstore priced which is amazing!

Free Brushes from Lancome

I also keep two brushes with me, one for blush and the other one for my eye makeup. Although, they're nothing fancy since I did get them for free after a makeup splurge in Lancome two years ago, I have been using them ever since. Typically, I'll use the smaller brush to apply eye shadow on my lower lash line or correct eye shadow on my top lash line and it works great.

Volum' Express One by One mascara by Maybelline

I have tried many mascaras as they do run out a lot quicker than most makeup and I must say this is one of my top 5 high end and drugstore mascaras. It enhances the length of your lashes very well and gives amazing volume. I'm loving it!

Master Precise liquid eyeliner by Maybelline

Last but not least is my Master Precise liquid eyeliner. Again, this is a product I use everyday. It's amazing if you'd like to go thick or thin, it applies effortlessly and it's an overall great eyeliner that I just love having on me at all times.

I know this was such a long post and I have way more than I need in my makeup bag, but I have been out so much recently all day long, and at times I won't have enough time to apply makeup at home, or I'm just running errands in the morning and I can't go back home to put on my 'day out' makeup, so having my go-to's on me is a huge help.

I hope you enjoyed this post after such a long wait. Leave me comments below of what you love having in your makeup bag or products you think I would love!

Until next time,

What's In My Bag 2014!

Hello everyone!

I've recently been having this mind block when it comes to blogging, I just won't know how I want my photos to look, what to post or whether I should make a video or just write it all down in a decent post, but I have really been wanting to post something because I love blogging and I just miss it when I'm not posting frequently.

I was scrolling through my blog and I noticed the last time I did a 'What's in my bag?' post was about a year and a half ago, and since my bag is a lot different now, I thought I'd do an updated post!

Let's get into it!

This is the bag I'm currently using, it is the York Buckle Tote by Tory Burch in the shade 'Luggage'. I recently got this as a gift and I love it. I don't really own a bag this big and usually I wouldn't carry one but I actually really love this. It has three compartments and loads of pockets which I really like because I'm bad with bags, so I suppose this would help my 'messy bag' problem!

In the first compartment, I have this clutch from Clutch Line which is an Etsy shop. I love the clutch, the little handle, the quality; it's just amazing and the owner is super sweet as well! I'd usually use this on its own if I don't have too much to carry along, but for now, I'm using it as a makeup bag since it fits a lot of things and it's just the type of clutch that stays clean no matter what!

And then in one of the pockets, I just have this brush from Claire's. It opens up with a mirror inside and I've had it for ages but I love it for the size of it. Also, I have a hair clip and a hairband in case I just need one!

In the same pocket, I have my tweezers which I believe are from Claire's. They're just pink with this rubber sort of cover on them to make it easier to hold onto and I think they work quite well!

In the pocket beside that, I have a pack of blotting sheets from a random brand at a local shop here and this miniature roll on perfume from Versace. Blotting sheets and good perfume are basically essentials for summer. They literally make all the difference!

In the zipper pocket, I just have my glasses. I basically only use these when I'm driving as I'm farsighted. It's really hard for me to find a pair that actually suits my face, but this sort of does so I've had it for ages!

In the middle compartment I just have this little paper holder and I have a few university papers in there.

Then in the third compartment I have my purse. I got this for my birthday last year, it's no specific brand but I love it because it has all the little compartments and pockets for everything I need. Also, it's my first 'lady' purse, haha!

If you didn't guess already, my favourite thing inside my purse is this Sephora White card. Love it!

Lastly, I have my iPhone 4s and my iPad 2. I don't always take my iPad along, but I do have it on me when I need it!

And that is basically it! That's everything I have in my hand bag for the moment. I hope you enjoyed!

What goodies do you have in your bag?

Beauty Haul: Benefit, MAC, Maybelline & More!

Hello gorgeous!

I have been adding papers and coins to my little "beauty savings" and it just happens, I have saved enough to go on a tiny makeup shopping spree for a few treats to my makeup collection and a little haul for you!

So, let's get into it!

Stay Don't Stray Primer by Benefit

The first shop I just had to go into was Sephora, and straight to the Benefit stand I go! Benefit always has so many makeup products I'm so eager to try, but sadly my purse can't agree. So, looking at all the things I'd love to get, I had to go with my budget and choose one, and as you can see, I went with the Stay Don't Stray Primer because to me, a great base equals a great look, and this primer is exactly that. Also, I got a mini sample a few months ago and it lasted for about 4 months. It was about time I got the full version!

I love the applicator on this, it gives a good amount of product and keeps you from wasting. Always a plus!

Angel and See Sheer by MAC

My next stop was MAC, and I always find myself going back to them no matter how much I try to change it up. I just love the quality, lasting power, and the wide range they offer in their products. I'm never disappointed!

Now, I was never a lipstick person until recently. I just find myself wanting to add a variety of lipsticks to my collection. From sheer to matte, glossy to shimmery. I want it all! But of course.. I have my comfort zone and I'm willing to stay in there for now. So, I went with this almost nude but with a pop of pink lipstick in Angel A93. I love how it looks and it's just right for an everyday look, or even when you'd like to sass it up with a smokey look for a night out! It also looks great on tan, so that's a win win!

I was looking for a lipstick that gives that 'I've been in the sun all day and I'm so hot so my lips turned a sun kissed burnt orange' look if that makes any sense.. And this did just that! It gives a very natural look and I just love it! It's in the shade See Sheer A13.

Studio Fix Fluid Foundation by MAC

I also needed a new foundation as the ones I have were basically running out and BB creams won't do for important events. So I picked up the Studio Fix Fluid foundation in NW30. I always purchased this in NC30 but they were out of stock and with me probably getting a tan soon, I thought why not!

Pink Pop 900 Colorsensational lipstick by Maybelline

This one is actually way out of my comfort zone, and I'm not sure if I could ever pull it off, but a teacher of mine wears a similar shade and it just looks amazing on her, so I thought I'd give it a try. Who knows, I might love it!

Stay Matte Foundation by Rimmel

I know I already purchased MAC's foundation, but it is sort of heavy for an everyday look, and since the Stay Matte foundation by Rimmel has been getting a lot of good reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. It does have a mousse consistency so I'm not sure how I'm gonna like it, but I'll let you all know!

And that is all for my little makeup haul! I will be doing reviews and swatches soon, so keep a heads up for that. I hope you all enjoyed!

Are there any makeup must-haves in your list for the moment? Let me know down below!
