Nails nails nails!

Hey readers!

Almost every girl loves getting dressed and glam'd up whenever she gets the chance.. So there you are in your bedroom, checking yourself out with that beautiful outfit on, but.. There's something wrong.. That one something is feeling left out, nude, and unimportant. What's that? Your nails! A bit selfish isn't it? Being so in love with fashion, glamour and style, I just love putting the whole package into my outfit. How do I make sure that happens you ask? Drum roll please.... NAIL POLISH!

That's right, nail polish. Even though a lot of us might not realise, our hands are a very important element when it comes to fashion. What do models-to-be get judged on a lot? Their hands! The posture, position, how pretty your nails are and what more and well, nail polish gives your hands that extra love and shine they need. But.. What's so great about your nail polish if your nails are damaged and dried up? Well, don't leave yet! After all that blabbing, I'm here to help ;)

How to take care of your nails

1. Eat Healthy
You might see this as the answer for everything you look up, but hey, it's true! You are what you eat, and in this case, what you eat reflects right on your nails! Nails are made of calcium and other minerals and that's exactly what you need!

Wondering what eating healthy is when it comes to your nails?
1. Drink milk and make sure you get your needs of milk products such as cheese, yogurt, etc.
2. Eggs, green leafy vegetables, apricots, carrots & almonds are also very good supplements.

3. Drink lots of water. It prevents wrinkles and stops your nails from getting brittle.

2. Personal Hygiene
Clean nails are always a must to look good, people! Trim your nails regularly,  and avoid filing your nails  after a bath because they tend to break. Avoid back and forth motion while filing your nails and make sure you stick to one direction, don't keep exposing your nails to extreme temperatures, very hot water or direct heat and cold is a horrible way to treat your nails. One more thing, when you wash your hands, be sure to massage soap near your nails and cuticles.

3. Keep them moisturised
Applying moisturiser while watching TV, before going to bed and after washing your hands is a great treat for those beautiful nails. Massaging hot oil once a week could give you smooth and soft fingers and nails. Also, Vitamin E oil is very good for nails if you'd like to try!

4. Avoid harsh chemicals
Chemicals are known to damage your nails in no time.  Use nonacetone nail polish remover to prevent your nails from being fragile. Although you're worried about your nails but can't control the urge to apply some nail polish, just rub some vinegar on your nail to make that nailpolish last longer without harming your nails.
